Enrollment process at
Aerokids starts as you fill out
the online application form.
Documents For Application
1. Copy of both parents/legal guardian ID (KTP)
2. Copy of child’s birth certificate
3. Copy of both parents / legal guardian passport
(for non-indonesian)
4. Copy of immunization book
Admission & Payment
Upon submitting the documents for
application, parents will have to pay for
the invoice within the specific dates.
Parent's Online Handbook
Parents will be given an access to the online Parent’s Handbook and officially start the child’s learning journey by having initial discussion with the class teacher to fill out the child individual plan together with child, team and family.

1. Free enrollment fee for the first 25 students
2. Free 1x trial round
3. All payments must be paid by the due date set out in the schedule
4. All fees are non – refundable. There will be no reduction of fees during your
child’s absence.
If a child under any given circumstances misses a class, parents will
have access to the learning platform taught for the day.
